1000 million investment at risk by crisis in Spain

After an investment of nearly one billion euros in european funds, the works of ALVA, high-speed train in Andalusia, are stops and unfinished because of the crisis. And what is worse, at risk of deterioration, which can eliminate this major investment spoil before reaching open.
The regional government asked the EU to make significant investments to modernize the territorial axis from one end to another in the region. But his mismanagement has damaged this important project.
